Most of my time is spent stabilising and improving production systems, building automation that removes repetitive work, and exploring where AI actually helps engineering teams.

I am especially interested in work where engineers own systems end-to-end, ship real things, and stay close to the operational reality after launch.

Lately that means more debugging, simplifying, and careful iteration, and less adding surface area for the sake of novelty.
